Carmen Henry Patterson is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of cPr Business Services. With a background in information systems management and business education, she brings a unique blend of technical expertise, organizational skills, and creative vision to the company.

Carmen holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management from Oakwood University, along with a Bachelor of Arts from Kennesaw State University and a Master of Arts from West Chester University. Her academic and professional experience have equipped her with strong skills in business operations, accounting systems, and communications, all of which serve as the foundation for cPr’s growth.

After retiring from a successful teaching career, Carmen launched cPr Business Services in 2020 by providing social media management and content creation for small businesses. Under her leadership, the company has since expanded to offer accounting and auditing services for Christian schools, churches, non-profits, and individuals. Today, she continues to oversee daily operations while focusing on building relationships with social media clients and ensuring their brand presence is strategic, engaging, and effective.

As CEO, Carmen leads with integrity, vision, and a personal commitment to helping organizations and individuals succeed through reliable, mission-focused support.

Robert Patterson brings more than three decades of financial management and leadership experience to his role as Chief Financial Officer at cPr Business Services. With a career rooted in service and accountability, he specializes in providing churches, schools, and non-profit organizations with the financial oversight needed to thrive.

A graduate of Oakwood College in Huntsville, Alabama, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, and Alvernia University in Reading, Pennsylvania, with a Master of Business Administration in Non-Profit Administration, Robert combines a strong academic foundation with extensive real-world expertise.

Since 1990, he has served in a variety of key roles within the Seventh-day Adventist Church, including auditor and assistant treasurer for the Allegheny East Conference, Chief Financial Officer for both the Southeastern and Bermuda Conferences, and Business Manager for several academies and schools. In addition, Robert has provided personal federal tax preparation services for over 20 years, helping individuals navigate the complexities of tax filing with professionalism and care.

At cPr Business Services, Robert oversees all financial operations and client accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and integrity in every engagement. His wealth of experience allows him to tailor financial solutions to the unique needs of each client, helping them safeguard resources and focus on their mission with confidence.

Dr. Reyna Patterson, DHA, MPH, BA
Chief Operating Officer

Dr. Reyna Patterson brings extensive experience in research, public health, and organizational management to her role as Chief Operating Officer at cPr Business Services. With a background that combines advanced training in healthcare administration and economics, she ensures that the company delivers efficient, reliable, and client-centered services.

Reyna oversees daily operations, client communications, and the preparation of financial reports, making her the key connection between clients and the cPr leadership team. Her academic achievements include a Doctorate in Health/Healthcare Administration and Management from Virginia University of Lynchburg, a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management from Emory University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Spelman College.

Her leadership style blends professionalism with a personal touch, ensuring that every client feels supported and confident in the services they receive. By streamlining processes and maintaining high standards of integrity, Reyna plays an essential role in helping cPr Business Services fulfill its mission of empowering schools, churches, non-profits, and individuals to focus on their goals with peace of mind.

Chief Accounting Officer

Claresha Blair Patterson serves as Chief Accounting Officer at cPr Business Services, bringing a wealth of expertise in financial accounting, corporate systems, and tax preparation. With a career spanning both corporate finance and entrepreneurship, she offers clients a unique blend of technical precision and practical, client-focused solutions.

Claresha earned both her Bachelor’s degree and Master of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Central Florida. While in college, she founded CBTaxes, her own tax preparation company, which she continues to operate successfully today. She also gained early professional experience as an accounting intern with Wyndham Vacation Ownership before advancing into full-time accounting roles. Over the years, she was promoted through several positions—including Staff Accountant and Senior Staff Accountant—with Wyndham and Marriott Vacations Worldwide, where she strengthened her skills in Microsoft Excel, PeopleSoft, and corporate financial reporting.

At cPr Business Services, Claresha leads the accounting division, overseeing all aspects of client financial operations. Her combination of corporate accounting expertise and entrepreneurial insight allows her to deliver services that are accurate, efficient, and tailored to each client’s needs.
